Public Works Laborer

The City of Pevely, Missouri is accepting applications for a Public Works Laborer.

Duties include a wide range of maintenance/repairs of streets, building, equipment, parks, and other duties as assigned, including snow removal, mosquito spraying, and manual labor. Applicant must have the ability to understand and carry out oral/written directions and be able to perform assigned duties. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or its equivalent. Applicants with a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, valid in the state of Missouri and machine operating skills are preferred.

This is a full-time position with salary starting at $16.50 per hour. Compensation can increase with experience being recognized. Candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug testing and background check.
